Returns & Refunds

• You have 14 days to return your order after delivery.

• Items must be unworn, unused, and unwashed.

• All original tags must remain attached.

• Items must be returned complete and securely packaged.

• Return shipping costs are covered by the customer.

• Socks and underwear cannot be returned once opened or unsealed for hygiene reasons.

• Once your return arrives at our warehouse, it will be inspected.

• Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 12 business days.

• Banks and payment providers may require additional processing time.

• If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us immediately.

• Approved claims will be refunded or resolved accordingly.

• If a parcel is returned to us due to an incorrect address, failed collection, or refusal of delivery, the refund will be processed once the parcel arrives at our warehouse.

• Refunds for undeliverable packages may take up to 10 business days after receipt.
